A preventative maintenance agreement with Hanover Air provides scheduled inspections and maintenance of your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Hanover Air “PM” visits are preformed quarterly.

What does being a PM Customer do for me?

Great Question!


Our purpose with having you as a PM Client is to have unmatched customer support and service, what that includes is the following:


1.
No overtime rates

We will not charge our normal overtime rates to PM contract customers! 24/7 Service, normal work week pricing!


2.
15% off of service parts

If we find any issues during your preventative maintenance visit that requires a new part to repair the issue, you will receive 15% off the new part.


3.
Guaranteed same day service, if you call before 9 am

We offer same day emergency service to PM Customers who call before 9 am in the morning. No more wondering if that tech will be there before the frigid night sets in, Hanover Air will be there that day to solve the issue.

21 Point Checklist

  1. Clean or Replace Air Filters (HAS Supplied/quarterly)
  2. Inspect primary and secondary drain lines (clean & test included)
  3. Inspect blower wheel
  4. Inspect blower housing
  5. Lubricate moving parts (where applicable)
  6. Inspect and tighten all electrical connections
  7. Check Voltage and amp draws on motors and compressor
  8. Check reversing valve for heat and cool cycle
  9. Inspect heat exchanger (clean as needed)
  10. Inspect burner (clean as needed)
  11. Check gas pressure
  12. Inspect flue pipe (clear debris if needed)
  13. Inspect pilot operation
  14. Inspect ignitor operation
  15. Check thermostat operation (calibrate as needed)
  16. Check temperature split (return and Supply air)
  17. Check air flow and ductwork (make recommendations for improvement)
  18. Inspect safety limits
  19. Check refrigerant pressures
  20. Inspect condenser and evaporator coil (Clean as needed)
  21. Check carbon monoxide levels at furnace
